Corrections before launch
- Deadlines are counted in clear days (FPR 2.9): 36 calendar days before the first appointment for Form E, 15 for the questionnaire.
- Answer lists on the D81 match the form's own Yes and No boxes.
- Worked examples use the Child Benefit rates on GOV.UK when checked.
