Refund policy
Downloads and your right to cancel
You normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content you download straight away, that right ends once the download starts, but only if you agreed to this at checkout and acknowledged that you'd lose the right to cancel. We ask you to do both before you pay.
If something's wrong
If a workbook won't open, has a fault or isn't as described, email [email protected] within 30 days of buying. We'll fix it or send a replacement, and if we can't, we'll refund you. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 aren't affected.

On top of your legal rights: if a workbook doesn't help you, email [email protected] within 14 days of buying and we'll refund you in full. No forms, and we won't argue.
How refunds are paid
To the card you paid with, within 14 days of agreeing the refund.
